These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GB555 ("GB555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the GB555 platform, website, mobile applications, games, betting services and any associated features accessible at https://gb555.cam (the "Platform").
GB555 operates as an online gaming information and services platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered account holders and any person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 8.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by GB555 prior to withdrawal processing.
- "Platform" means the GB555 website, mobile application and all associated services and content.
- "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed using Account Balance or Bonus Funds.

- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency reference used for local display purposes on the Platform.
3. Account Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Platform. GB555 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, including before the processing of any withdrawal. Failure to satisfy age verification will result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. GB555 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific country, including Pakistan.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers or names — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, GB555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4. Account Registration & KYC
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must notify GB555 of any changes to your registration information without undue delay.
GB555 conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), or proof of payment method ownership. GB555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and restrict account activity until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
5. Terms of Use
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's servers or networks, interfere with any other party's use of the Platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. GB555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
6. Deposits & Payments
Deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are displayed within the Platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. Pakistani users may see references to local payment services; actual availability depends on the operator's current payment integrations and is not guaranteed.
GB555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges. Currency conversion rates applied to non-PKR deposits are set by the payment processor and may differ from official mid-market rates. GB555 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. GB555 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Platform cashier, which vary by payment method. GB555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the withdrawal process.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, subject to operator policy. GB555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering is suspected.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the operator and displayed in the Platform cashier. Users must ensure their Account Balance exceeds any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold before submitting a request.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, welcome offers and promotional credits awarded by GB555 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.
8.3 Bonus Abuse
GB555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonuses have been claimed or used in bad faith, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or using any other method that GB555 reasonably considers to be bonus abuse.
9. Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. GB555 reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or where the odds or game outcome has been affected by a technical error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
GB555 sets maximum win limits per event, per day and per account as determined by the operator. Users who consistently win at levels that exceed expected variance may have their account reviewed and maximum stake limits applied, without this constituting a breach of these Terms.
Live betting markets — including in-play cricket odds on PSL, ICC and international fixtures — may be suspended at any time if there is a material change in match conditions. Bets placed before suspension are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Using automated betting systems, bots, crawlers or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other users, including sharing information in live poker or other competitive game formats;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform;
- Creating accounts using false, inaccurate or third-party identity information;
- Using a VPN, proxy or other means to disguise your true location or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
GB555 reserves the right to monitor accounts for prohibited activity. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed, with all associated balances — including pending withdrawals — withheld subject to applicable legal requirements.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and the GB555 brand — is the property of GB555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of GB555.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GB555 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
GB555's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GB555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability; GB555 will not be liable for any losses attributable to such downtime.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
GB555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
- A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
- A User has provided false or misleading registration information;
- A User has engaged in prohibited activities as defined in Section 10;
- Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to GB555.
Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., where no breach of these Terms is alleged), any verified Balance held in the Account will be returned to the User using the original payment method where technically possible.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting GB555 support. Voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations owed to GB555 at the time of closure.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
GB555 does not acknowledge or accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of resolving disputes relating to gambling activities. Users in Pakistan are reminded that domestic gambling legislation — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may affect the enforceability of any claim arising from their use of the Platform.
15. Amendments to These Terms
GB555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, GB555 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
